My Process for a Session

If you are interested in booking a session with me or have questions, please get in touch with me through my website! You will hear back from me within 24-48 hours; if you do not, check your spam/junk mail.

I do many types of photography, like animals/pets, headshots, and sports, but I specialize in portraits and fine art photography.

Once you have an idea, we can set up a consultation to get to know each other more, and I can learn about you and what you want from your session. We will discuss many things, such as what package bundle you like, what to wear, where you would like to have your session and many others.

There are a few things to consider when preparing for your session, especially what to wear and the time of day. It is important to pick a rough colour theme so everyone can match nicely. But you must be comfortable and wear clothes you feel fantastic in! If your session is outside somewhere, I recommend having your session closer to sunset time; that way, we can give you and your loved ones beautiful lighting! I will provide all the details you need in your consultation!

On the day of your session, the location and time will already be decided in the consultation, so I will be there a bit ahead of time to make sure everything is ready for you so we can get started as soon as you are ready! After your session, a photo viewing session will be available for you if you’d like, so we can go over the photos you want and if you would like to purchase images.

After the photo viewing session, you will receive your photos roughly 3-5 weeks after the viewing date via an online gallery if digital files are purchased, or I will deliver your finished prints if purchased directly to your home!

If you want a photographer local to Edmonton, Alberta, check out Roughley Originals at https://roughleyoriginals.com/ for a fantastic time! Here is a shoot I did of them a while ago.
