I give Dalziel-Paul Creations the right and permission to use and publish the photographs that the photographer (Eliot Dalziel Paul) took of me (the client), and/or my minor (if applicable). The photographer has the right to use the photographs in any form (digital file, print, etc.) for any purpose including but not limited to: advertising, promotion, and illustrating.

I authorize the use of any text that is made in connection to the images. I renounce the right to look at, edit or approve the right of any images, digital files and/or prints. I understand and agree that these are strict terms that cannot be changed, and nothing can be added or deleted to this model release form. If there is a change to this document, it must be signed by both parties [Eliot Dalziel Paul and the client(s)].

I understand that the images from the session remain the property of the photographer (Eliot Dalziel Paul). No other reproduction is permitted without the written of the author and/or copyright owner. It is illegal to copy, print, download, share, scan, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Dalziel-Paul Creations. Any images, digital files and/or prints that are paid for can be used for personal use and NOT for business and/or profit. To use images, digital files and/or prints for business, commercial work, or for profit, talk to the photographer for another release form.
